This website (the “Site”) is owned and operated by Amman Hospitality. Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using our website or services.

By accessing, browsing, or using this Site and our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use this Site or our services.

Amman Hospitality reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Site & Content Usage

All content on this Site, including text, images, videos, graphics, and other materials, is provided for personal and non-commercial use only.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, or modify any content for commercial use.
  • You may not use any content without prior written permission from Amman Hospitality.
  • You must not attempt to interrupt or interfere with the operation or security of the Site.

Amman Hospitality grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Site strictly in accordance with these Terms.

Bookings & Reservations

  • Reservations can be made up to 12 months prior to the travel start date.
  • Bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance, subject to availability.
  • Reservations can be made through our website or by contacting our operations team.

Advance Payment Policy

An advance payment is required to confirm any booking. The amount depends on the services selected:

  • Taxi & tour services: Partial advance payment
  • Hotel bookings: 50% to 100% advance payment (as per hotel policy)
  • Flight or train tickets: 100% advance payment required

Advance payments can be made via credit/debit card, bank transfer, or online payment gateways. Any applicable transaction charges will be borne by the customer.

Final Payment

The remaining balance must be paid before completion of the trip. Amman Hospitality reserves the right to request full payment before or during the trip. Final payment may also be collected in cash directly by the driver if agreed in advance.

Reservation Modifications

Reservation modifications may include changes in travel dates, pickup/drop locations, or services booked. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes within the same reservation.

If modification is not possible, the existing reservation may be cancelled and a new booking created. In such cases, the cancellation policy will apply.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies vary depending on the service booked and will be communicated at the time of booking. Cancellation charges may apply.

Limitation of Liability

Amman Hospitality shall not be responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for loss of personal belongings or issues caused by third-party service providers.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws.
